CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of service booked to the card on file. No call/no show will result in a 100% charge of service booked. Late policy - you have a 15 minute grace period, arriving later than 15 minutes will result in appointment being rescheduled with no show fee applied.
